To educate the public in the care of animals during a disaster or crisis and educate them regarding animal abuse.
To provide training to individual owners to take care of
their animals at home, and to assist the neighborhood
animals before, during and after a disaster.
To offer assistance to cities with animal sheltering, pet
response and disaster recovery as needed and requested.
